  Introduction: Lucid dreaming is a state of consciousness in which a person is aware that they are dreaming while they are dreaming. As it gives people the chance to have some degree of control over their dreams and study the unconscious mind in a novel way, it may be an exciting and transformational experience. Lucid dreaming is not a new concept. In reality, more than 2,000 years ago, the philosopher  Aristotle made the first mention of the concept of conscious dreaming.
